Owl's Nest Community Center for the Aging

This communal living space reimagines aging in place by fostering connection through thoughtful, shared design. With a central kitchen and dining area, along with a welcoming shared living room, residents are encouraged to engage daily in communal life, building relationships and mutual support. The building also houses a gym that doubles as an Olympic weightlifting teaching space—drawing in younger generations and creating opportunities for intergenerational interaction. The result is a vibrant, inclusive environment where wellness, learning, and community are at the heart of everyday living.
